1. Social Media provides you with an extended group of people that you can be in communication with (much more people than with email!) 

2. These people will openly and freely give you feedback and criticism, exchange opinions and give reviews

3. Social Media gives you the opportunity to have a really good and well established customer service

4. This new dynamic has created an environment where communication, collaboration and coordination exist without barriers

Pop went the social media bubble. Now what?

Are we or arn't we? Is the time of social media coming to an end? Facebook's pummeling by Wall Street this summer hurt. Of course, even bloodied, none of these companies is going out of business. Social media is hardly dead. What's dead is the world's wild infatuation with all things social. That change alone could have profound implications.
