Overthrowing your boss is next

Tuck this away, you will need it.  We have seen a couple of countries leaders being over thrown by regular people in the past few weeks.  Using Twitter, Facebook and simple SMS communication they came together with a common goal.  

I believe this should  be a lesson to company leaders that are not "Digital Leaders"   The government of Egypt controlled traditional TV and Radio, but lost the Facebook and Twitter voice (things have changed).  People around the world supported the people digitaly, they united on simple ideas, agree where to meet-up and the balance of power switched.  

This can and will happen to leaders of companies in the coming years unless they understand and practice the power of Digital Leadership.  They must learn how to be part of the conversation, to understand the real needs of the employees, market and world.  Be concerned about People, Profit and Planet.  Using this power people can change the banking, oil, pharmaceutics ,and food industries, the face of sustainability and  poverty.  We no longer have to accept who is in control, everything can change.
